A restless lad, Jake has lived in all corners of the continent: New York, Kansas, West Virginia, Saskatchawan (ey!), New Jersey (yo!), Maine, Nebraska, Chicago, Orlando, etc. Growing up with all types of music, he started editing with ProTools at the early age of 15. The NFL ignored him after his year playing ball at Quincy U, so he fell back to his genius as a ProTools whiz, and soon graduated from the Full Sail recording institute.


Now at Advantage, surrounded with technology and opportunities, he is in his element, and loving every moment of it (or so he tells us). Maybe he will stay put for a while.

Jake is all smiles after taking home the gold for his work as Supervising Sound Editor on Nickelodeon’s TAK AND THE POWER OF JUJU. This was Jake’s first nomination and first win, an accomplishment of which he is justifiably proud.
